At Okuhle Beauty Organic Skincare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once products have been opened or used.
Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns if:
* The item is damaged or defective on arrival
* You received the wrong product
To qualify for a return:
* The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order
* Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
How to Request a Return:
Email us at okuhlebeauty.organic@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
Your order number
Clear pictures of the item and packaging
A short description of the issue
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or store credit (as preferred).
Shipping Fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
